Your account is sold per amount of resources over a length of time, this for the account holder only, Should you share your details, accidentally or purposely you will be responsible for anyone using them. We may also bill you for network analysis or technician time if required. You are solely responsible for the content you host or provide with us, if we receive reports of something illegal, undesirable or otherwise unwanted - we reserve the right to remove your content/account - For clarity, this is anything illegal or anything that negatively affects others.
We aim to provide a 99.9% up-time. We will be open and honest about this, more so when we launch our blog where we'll provide a monthly recap eventually. You are required to create a user account to use the Services. If you choose to create a user account, you must provide some information about you and/or your business, this is to create access to our network and allow for basic billing. The details will be used for access and account management. With the exception of email, for marketing (if agreed to) our products/providing and service related updates. Should we suspect there is an issue with fraud - we may request proof of identification. From time to time, we may use third party services or software in the course of operations. We expressly don't provide any form of assurance over 3rd parties. Payment information – we process billing information through our payment processing partners for payment processing and refund requests. You must maintain and update this information current, truthful, complete, and accurate. You warrant that you are authorised to provide such information. You authorise us to verify your information at any time. If it is found to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to the Services. In terms of conduct, we expect communication between users and staff to be respectful. It's something we treat as non-negotiable when speaking with clients and expect the same in return, Not only does it help create a nice enviroment - It usually helps the conversation flow to a resolution much quicker!
